  We can provide a phone/website estimate in most cases or even an in person if you prefer to discuss the scope of work. We will get you set up to receive invoices either by text, email, or mail. Your scooper will notify you when heading to your place. They are background checked by our company and will be wearing our company T-Shirts and show coverings.  No need to leave cash or worry about payment while the job is being done! Tips are welcome and appreciated for our scoopers if you feel the job was well done. Scoopers keep 100% of their tips.

 We will double bag your pet’s waste. Waste will be disposed of in your external garbage unless specified otherwise.

 Yes, we can clean with your dog in the yard. If your dog is super hyper or aggressive, we ask that you keep them inside. 

  Cancellation notices are needed the weekend before your scheduled service. Cancellations made during this time will allow us to adjust your invoice for you and efficiently handle other scooping requests. Any cancellations after this period will result in the charge remaining on your invoice for the month.

  Invoices will be sent out on the 25th of each month for that month’s service and due by the 5th of the following month. Your first month will be prorated for services received that month. Invoices paid after the 5th will result in a $10 late fee. 

Your dog's safety is extremely important. To ensure the health of your dog is maintained, we use kennel-grade disinfectant to clean our cleaning equipment after every house we stop at. This helps reduce the risk of sickness and viruses.  We’ll also take a picture of your closed gate and our pup friend to send to you so you’ll know we’ve completed your scoop and your pets won’t get out. 

We offer our services without tying clients to contracts! Services are paid for monthly following the service month and you can cancel at anytime during the month. 

Due to our route-based business model, you will be placed on a day that we are working around your area.  You will receive a text notification when we are around 1 hour away from your property. If you had to reschedule a visit or have a special event coming up, please let us know so we can try to accommodate your needs!

We hope this never happens  as we strive for excellence in everything we do. So with that, we make it a priority to guarantee satisfaction.  If you are not completely happy with our service on that day, we will come back to your residence and make it right. 

Your safety is important too! We background check all scoopers. Additionally, our Scoopers will be wearing one of our branded shirts or hoodies and maybe even a hat! We will send a text before arrival and after leaving so you know the window we were there.
